Placing an order
Visit the product page of the item you are interested in. Select the specifics of that item, then add it to the cart. Once you are finished shopping, select checkout, choose your method of payment and complete your order. We will send email notifications at each stage of your order process.
Successful orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You may also check your spam folder to be sure, and as a last resort, check the accuracy of the email address you provided.
Returning items
If you wish to return items, you must notify us within 3 hours of receiving your package so that the items are returned within 12 hours. All timings start counting when the dispatch has confirmed delivery to you. Items must be unworn and returned to us in their original packaging condition, and all accessories must be intact. Use a documented delivery method that can be tracked. Logistical fees for returns will be paid by you, the customer. Please keep the proof of return receipt until you have received your refund.
Refunds
Once we deem the items as fit for resale, we will classify them as returned and initiate the process for your refund, less N5,000, the charge for administration (inspection and restocking). You will receive the refund within 10 working days to the account of the original payment method used to place your order. We will be in touch with you, the customer, at each stage of the refund process.
