Orders placed will be shipped to the address provided by the customer
Orders placed on weekends, national holidays, local holidays, and during sale periods will be processed on the next working day. Call for special requests.
Items are usually dispatched together but may arrive in separate packages. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will ship the available items first and ship the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock, at no extra cost.
Multiple orders placed within a short timeframe may be combined into a single shipment to speed up delivery.
Logistical fees
Lagos
Logistical fees for orders to areas within Lagos State will be charged between N5,000 and N8,000 for shipping per order. Standard 3Â working days’Â delivery time.
Other regions
Logistical fees for orders to other regions outside Lagos State will be communicated to the customer at the time of placing the order. Standard 7 working days’ delivery time.

I’ve received a faulty item

An item is missing from my parcel
If an item is missing from your parcel, it may be delayed. In this case, it’ll be sent in a separate parcel once we receive further stock at the warehouse. Please check your order confirmation email, as delayed items should be marked with an expected delivery date.
An item can be sent separately from a different warehouse; please check your delivery note or parcel insert, as you should be advised if an item will be sent later. Also, please check if you have received a second tracking number by email for the item(s) you have not received.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please check that all the items you ordered are inside. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact us so we can help.
